It is a manual-wind powered by an original International Watch Company mechanical movement caliber IWC 89, featuring 17 jewels with a frequency of 18,000 a/h and Swiss made. 

Elegantly designed with a 33mm round case and classic lugs, in stunning 18K yellow gold. 

The original champagne dial is in beautiful condition, featuring gold baton hour markers, a gold minute/second track, and matching gold hands. The dial is signed "International Watch Co. SCHAFFHAUSEN". 

It comes with a brand-new Hadley-Roma genuine leather two-piece strap in brown.   

After 65 years, this watch is in LOVELY condition, running smoothly and keeping excellent time—truly a rare and elegant find in this condition.

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown. We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
