We are presenting this vintage timepiece—a highly collectible vintage Omega Tank case wristwatch, dating from 1945.

 

This manual-wind watch is powered by its original Omega mechanical movement, caliber R17.8, which features 17 jewels, a sub-second hand, a 45-hour power reserve, and operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. Swiss made; this model combines classic design with robust functionality.

 

The watch is housed in a distinctive 21x32mm tank case and elegant lugs design, all in 14K yellow-gold-filled.

 

The original white dial showcases patina and age, black Arabic Numerals with black "railroad" minute track and matching gold hands. The sub-second hand is at I o'clock position. It is signed with the Omega name and logo at the top.

 

It comes with a Speidel flex bracelet.

We prefer to take photographs outdoors when the weather allows. However, when shooting indoors, please note that we use lightboxes equipped with 360 LED bulbs, which can magnify any flaws that may be less noticeable to the naked eye. That said, we never use Photoshop to alter our images or remove blemishes. While we may adjust the lighting as needed, what you see is what you get, and we take pride in that.

The condition is pre-owned.
